Staybridge Suites Port Elgin by IHG

My family and I had a very good long weekend stay at Staybridge. The hotel is super clean, the staff are awesome and there is a functional bar/kitchen at the lobby. Coffee is always available at the main lobby. Shoutout to Marc who is working the Victoria Day holiday. He's very helpful, kind and always have a smile on his face. And the breakfast is top tier. I dont think I can ask for anything else. Great job guys, especially Marc

I've been going to port Elgin my whole life (cottage), we booked a weekend on a whim to go back up one more time before summer was done. The suite was absolutely amazing for what we needed (son has a peanut allergy) and having a kitchen and room to eat and make meals in the room was a game changer. The room was huge, very clean and right beside groceries. Certainly not cheap, but for what we got we feel was well worth the price.

Wow, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Staybridge Suites Port Elgin. What an amazing visit, we stayed for just under a week and were impressed once we walked into the door. Check in was efficient and quick, the entire hotel was clean and new, the free breakfast and coffee/tea all day was much welcomed after a long day hiking or day on the beach! All the staff were professional and friendly. The neighborhood was pleasant, safe and tranquil. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was so clean and comfortable, with multiple TVs, large open spaces, and plenty of pots, utensils, Tupperware and a flat top modern stove. We couldn’t have asked for any better, our whole family loved it here. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

I stayed in Port Elgin at the Staybridge for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to thank Janne at the front desk. Jeff, Ruby and Tammy at the lounge really make the guests feel at home. Lastly, Heather. I didn't catch Heather's title but she was a lovely and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Thanks to an amazing team!

We stayed at this hotel after a day at the Port Elgin beach and it was amazing! The hotel room was clean, the front desk was awesome - I mentioned that our kids would be sleeping on the pull out couch and she got me an extra pillow and blanket while checking in. There was plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast was really good!! The location was excellent -close to the beach and grocery stores. It was nice having a full size fridge in the room as well. Would definitely recommend and would return.

I stayed here with my parents and a dog for my daughter’s baseball tournament. (My kid’s team stayed in a different town) The room was clean and spacious. All the staff I communicated with was very friendly. Only downside was that we could hear everything through the door when someone walking and talking at the hallway. I slept in a sofa bed in the living room, so it was a bit too noisy. Other than that, we loved it!

Stayed at 2 Bedroom family suite which was very well appointed and immaculately clean. Breakfast was good whilst hotel is at walking distance to various eateries and supermarkets. Overall a great experience - just found the rates on the higher end.

We spent two nights at this great hotel. Impressed with everything, friendly staff, large suites, very clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots to choose from. And the restaurant offers daily specials including happy hour. Great patio, pool, gym and games room. Will definitely stay here again when in the area again.
